16th Spanish Conference on Biomedical Engineering CASEIB’98 Valencia, Spain, 21-23 September 1998


CASEIB '98 is the 16th Spanish Conference on Biomedical Engineering, organised by Laboratorio Integrado de Bioingeniería, Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Spain, and the Spanish Society of Biomedical Engineering. The conference aims to foster discussions between scientists and professionals from the biomedical engineering area.

Young investigators award

During the conference, a special session for young investigators will be held. Eight finalists will be chosen to present their papers during the session. The winner will be awarded a special prize.

Exhibits

The conference intends to foster contact between research centres, companies and general users of biomedical technology. An exhibit hall will be available in which different companies, research institutes and centres, and universities will be able to exhibit their ultimate developments in the field of biomedical technology. The organisation will award the best exhibition.
