DGBMT Working Group Cellular & Tissue EngineeringCall for Abstracts Symposium on 'Cellular Engineering', Aachen, 16 February 2000 The Centre for Cellular Engineering in Aachen, Germany, will organise the above international symposium in Aachen. It will be co-organised by Professor Merk, Director of the University Clinic of Dermatology, Aachen University of Technology (RWTH) and Professor Artmann, Department of Cell Biophysics, Aachen University of Applied Sciences, and will be supported by Professor Mittermayer (IZKF Biomat), Director of the Institute of Pathology (RWTH), and Professor Hšcker, 'Aachen Center of Competence: Biomaterials'. This symposium will be a satellite meeting of the '13th Colloquium on Biomaterials' at the University Clinic, held at the Aachen University of Technology. The conference site will be the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen. Mr Thomas (MSWWF in NRW) as well as Professors Mittermayer and Höcker will open the symposium. Professor Shu Chien, Department of Bioengineering, University of California, San Diego, and Professor Krieg, University Clinic of Dermatology, University of Cologne, will act as keynote speakers.
