Invitation 15th Annual meeting of the International Society of Technology Assessment in Health Care, Edinburgh, UK 20-23 June 1999For many years the IFMBE has been collaborating with the International Society of Technology Assessment in Health Care (ISTAHC), with mutual participation at our conferences. These contacts have been handled through our Specialised Division on Healthcare Technology Assessment (DHCTA). Invitation to participate in and submit papers to the 15th Annual meeting of the International Society of Technology Assessment in Health Care, Edinburgh, UK, 20-23 June 1999. A pre-conference session ”Assessment of medical devices” including case reports and a tutorial on HTA principles will be held. Papers on assessments and economic analyses of biomedical equipment are most welcome.
