Cellular Engineering

You will recall that at the beginning of 1998, the Cellular Engineering journal was incorporated into Medical & Biological Engineering & Computing. Although this is less than ideal, the editorial process has been kept entirely separate to enable the journal to be recreated if there are enough potential subscribers. We were pleased to note that we published more Cellular Engineering papers this year than in any previous year.

Thanks to our referees

The editor of Medical & Biological Engineering & Computing thanks all referees for helping to reduce the publication time. We realise that referees are becoming increasingly busy with so many other tasks. If you would like to offer help with refereeing, please write a note on your interests to: Professor Alan Murray, Regional Medical Physics Department, Freeman Hospital, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK (Fax: +44 (0)191 213 0290)
