Austrian Society Founded a FES Working Group

The Austrian Biomedical Engineering Society (Österreichische Gesellschaft für Biomedizinische Technik - ÖGBMT) founded a Working Group with interests on Functional Electrical Stimulation in September 2002. The aim of the Group is to establish a network of users, companies and scientists active in this field and to offer them an information platform that should support their needs. The Working Group shall contact individual users, companies and institutes in order to seek out as many people active in FES as possible.

The members of the Working Group kindly ask all those who have an interest in the field to wisit the Internet pages http://www.univie.ac.at/fes/.

This web site enables you to:

  1. register as a WG member or interested person for FES
  2. register as an Institution (clinic, institute or company)

All those who have an interest in FES are kindly asked to forward the information on the Working Group to their colleagues in the field.

The next action of the WG will be to gather all registered members in order to discuss the aims and future activities.
