nEUroneIST / FET programmeA thematic network is being set-up in the area of Neuro Informatics - Life-like Perception Systems named nEUrone. nEUrone, the EU neuroinformatics network of excellence, intends to provide the accompanying infrastructure and to be the forum that ensures a close continuous cooperation between neuroinformatics-oriented research consortia organised and funded by the FET (Future and Emerging Technologies) unit of IST (Information Society Technologies). nEUrone is open to interested competent participants/consortia not currently involved in these programmes and members of future proactive initiatives with compatible research objectives.
