The Telecommunication Systems Institute of Crete (TSI), Greece, Mikkeli
Polytechnic, Finland, the Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications (NCSR
'Demokritos'), Greece, and the IEEE are organizing a workshop on the biological
effects of electromagnetic fields.
You are invited to submit original papers on the following main technical

Additionally, proposals for tutorials are invited. Please submit a 500-word
proposal including a synopsis, outline and brief biography of the speaker(s).
Three (double-spaced) copies of the manuscript (limited to 3000 words) must
be submitted in English before 15 May 2000 to the address below.
